Rage on the page
Tanya Lynch read my first book Always the Children and reached out to me. She runs Rage on the Page, a weekly group for women 40+ that uses journaling to explore thoughts, emotions, and triggers. The title says it all – journaling helps you get honest about how you really feel.
Tanya also leads Ease Retreats, calm rural gatherings where writers are encouraged to reflect, confront emotions, and feel empowered. With no rehearsal, or run through Tanya set up this Q&A at one of her group meetings. It was an experience. Such an astute thinker, the questions she asks certainly made me think.
